Marina Olszak provides one-to-one French and English tutoring, including exam preparation, delivered online. Lessons are one hour unless stated otherwise, and the free consultation call is 30 minutes.
Lessons are educational support. Marina helps you understand material, prepare, and practise. She does not complete homework, assignments, coursework, essays, take-home work or tests on a student's behalf, and will not sit an exam or assessment for a student.
Progress in a language, and performance in any class or examination, depends on the student's own work and circumstances. No particular outcome is guaranteed. Marina is not liable if a student does not reach an expected level, does not achieve a target grade, fails a class, or does not reach a desired score on a standardized test such as IELTS, TOEIC or PTE.
A single lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund provided you give at least 2 days' notice before the lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 2 days' notice are not refunded.
The 10, 20 and 25-lesson packages are non-refundable, with two exceptions. A package may be refunded if the request is made:
Outside those two windows, packages are not refunded. Individual lessons within a package follow the single-lesson notice period above for rescheduling.
Lessons and packages are paid at the time of booking. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by yesispeakfrench.
